Standard Audio Visual Needs
Stage Set-Up & Mic
Highboy / Cocktail table set on the side of the stage. Ideally, any lectern would be removed or pushed to the back of the stage if possible. A wireless lavalier microphone and a confidence monitor and countdown clock are preferred
Audience Interaction
This keynote is interactive. Ideally, the audience will have space to stand up, spread out and move their arms around easily.
Sound & A/V
Ashley may play audio from her slide deck. If no A/V team is present, Ashley would like a sound hookup to play music before and during the presentation.
Recordings & Photos
Recordings of the presentation are allowed with prior approval and notification of how the recording will be used. Please provide Ashley with a copy of any recordings and/or photographs taken during the event.
Slides
Powerpoint slides can be provided in advance of the event on request. Ashley would love to schedule a sound and slide check prior to the presentation.
Laptop Use
The slide deck requires the use of a laptop for presentation. Ashley will plan to bring her own laptop (PC) unless otherwise specified.
